we know that,

Speed = Distance/Time

Two third of 540 km = 540* 2/3= 360 km

So, 60 km/h = 360 km/ t hour

=> t hour = 6 hour

For the one third journey train took (8hr15min-6hr)= 2hr15min and the one third journey is 180 km

15 min can be written as 1/4 hour

So,the speed for the rest of the journey

= 180km/(2+1/4) hour

= 180 km/ (9/4) hour

= 180*4/9 km/h

= 20*4 km/h

= 80 km/h
