length of train =. 100 m
length of bridge = 500 m
distance travelled = length of train + length of bridge
=> ( 100 + 500 ) m
=> 600 m
velocity => 5km / h
therefore,
5 × 5 / 18 m / s
= >. 1.38 m / s
to calculate :-
time taken.
t = d / v
=>. 600 / 1.38
t => 434 .7 second
or 7.2 min
