A train is 50m long
passes over a bridge at a speed of 30km/h if it takes 36 s to complete cross the bridge . Find the length of the bridge​

Answer:

let the length of bridge be b meters .

so speed of train = Distance / Time

= length of train + length of the bridge / time taken to cross the bridge

= ( 50 + b ) / 36 = 30 * 5 / 18 - conveying from kmph to mps

= 50 + b = 300

= B =250 m

so the length of the bridge is 250 m
