A train is moving at a speed of 40 km/h at 9:00 a.m and at 50 km/h at 9:02 a.m . Assuming that the train moves along a straight track and the acceleration is constant, find the value of the acceleration.

Covert All units In their SI unit

U = 40×5/18 = 11.1 m/s

V = 50 ×5/18 =13.8 m/s

T = 60×2 = 120s

A = V-U / T

A = 13.8 - 11.1 / 120 = 0.02 M/s2
