Distance covered by train in 60 minutes = 84/60

ATQ

Time taken to cover 84km = 60 minutes

Time taken to cover 1km = 60/84

Time taken to cover 210km = (60/84) × 210 = 150 minutes

= 2hours 30minutes

Hence, Distance covered in 15minutes is 21km and Time taken to cover 210km is 2hour 30minutes.
