Distance =speed*time

therefore distance travelled =84*20/60=28km

F1st convert 20mins from mins to hour

we, know that 1min = 1/60hr

20mins = 20/60

→ 20mins = 2/6

→ 20mins = 1/3 hr

Now, using

➨ Distance = Speed × Time

where,

  • Speed = 84km/hr
  • Time = 1/3hr

Substituting these values

↦ Distance = Speed × Time

↦ Distance = 84 × 1/3

↦ Distance = 84/3

↦ Distance = 28km

Hence, Distance convered by train is 28km
