as train is moving with 72km/h... convert it into m/sec by multiplying 72 with 1000 and dividing with 3600. ans will be 20m/sec. now use relation S=vt as S=50 and v=20 calculate time which is t=2.5sec ... now as initial velocity is 20m/sec and final is 0. use relation of acceleration to find deceleration.... which is a= -8m/sec²
