RELATIVE VELOCITY = 40-25 = 15 KMPH
CHANGING KMPH INTO MS
THAT IS,
15×5/18 = 75/18 = 25/6 M/S.
VELOCITY×TIME = LENGTH
![\frac{25}{6} \times 48 = 25 \times 8 = 200 \: metres \frac{25}{6} \times 48 = 25 \times 8 = 200 \: metres](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=+%5Cfrac%7B25%7D%7B6%7D+%5Ctimes+48+%3D+25+%5Ctimes+8+%3D+200+%5C%3A+metres)
LENGTH OF TRAIN IS 200 METRES.
