Answer :-

Given :-

  • Initial velocity = 0 ( starting from rest )
  • Final velocity = 2.5 m/s
  • Time = 3 seconds

To Find :-

  • Acceleration

Solution :-

We know that,

a = ( v - u ) / t

where :

  • a is acceleration.
  • v is final velocity.
  • u is initial velocity.
  • t is time taken.

Substituting the values in formula :-

→ a = 2.5 - 0 / 3

→ a = 2.5 / 3

→ a = 0.833

Acceleration = 0.833 m/s²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Information -

  • Initial velocity (u) =0m/s (rest)
  • Final velocity (v) = 2.5m/s
  • Time (t) = 3m/s

To Find -

  • Acceleration (a)

Solution -

What to do?

  • To find the acceleration with the given information, we'll follow the formula of Velocity Time Relation and will replace the value with the formula to attain our required solution.

Formula to be Implemented -

  • {a=\frac{v-u}{t}}

Answer -

  • {a=\frac{2.5-0}{3}}

  • {a=\frac{25}{10×3}}

  • {a=\frac{25}{30}}

  • a= 0.833

Hence,acceleration is 0.833m/s² .
