                      CAR VELOCITY=36km/h(i)=10m/s(i)

VELOCITY OF TRAIN W.R.T CAR=VELOCITY OF TRAIN-VELOCITY OF CAR

                                                      =-20j+10

magnitude is √400+100=√500=10√5 m/s
