A train moving at a constant speed covers a distance of 90 km in 2 hours . Find the time taken by the train to cover a distance of 540 km at the same speed ?

If train covers 90 km in 2 hours
then,
       The speed of the train is 45km/h.
So,  45x12 = 540 km.

hi there,
velocity=s/t=90/2=45km/h
so t=540/45=12
therefore the train takes 12 hours to cover 540 km.
