Speed = Distance / Time

Distance in the first case = 90km
Time in the first case = 2hr

Speed = 90/ 2 = 45kmph

Hence the speed of the train would be 45 kmph.

Now, distance in the second scenario= 540 km
and speed in the same scenario = 45 kmph

Time = Distance / Speed

Time = 540/45
Time = 12 hours.

So, it would take the train 12 hours to cover the distance of 540km with the same speed.
