Step-by-step explanation:

While considering a stationary point object, the length of train becomes the distance covered while the starting point of the train is at par with object till the last point of thein leaves the object

speed=distance/time

70=0.25/time----(250m=0.25km)

time=0.25/70

=0.0035hrs

=0.0035*3600 seconds

=12.6 seconds
