GIVEN:-

Length of train = 50m

Speed of train = 30m/s

Length of bridge = 0.1km = 100m

NEED TO FIND :-

The time taken by the train to cross a bridge

SOLUTION:-

Distance covered by train to cross the bridge

d = 100 + 50 = 150m

Now, Using Formula

t = d/s

Where,

t = time

d = distance

s = speed

t = 150/30

t = 50 sec

• Therefore, the time taken by the train to cross a bridge = 50 second
