Solution :
length of train = 60 m
length of bridge = 300
s = 20m/s
T = D / s
D = 300 + 60 = 360
T = 360 / 20
T = 18 seconds
Hope that helped

Length of train = 60 m
Speed = 20m/s
While crossing the electric pole,
Distance covered = Length of the train
=60 m
:. Time taken = 60/20 = 3seconds
Length of bridge =300m
While crossing the bridge ,
Distance covered = length of train + length of bridge
= 60+300
=360 m
Time taken = 360/20 = 18seconds
Hope it helps
Speed = 20m/s
While crossing the electric pole,
Distance covered = Length of the train
=60 m
:. Time taken = 60/20 = 3seconds
Length of bridge =300m
While crossing the bridge ,
Distance covered = length of train + length of bridge
= 60+300
=360 m
Time taken = 360/20 = 18seconds
Hope it helps
