we know that,
Speed = Length of Train/Time.
Speed = Length of train + Length of bridge and post/Time to cross Bridge and post.
So, Y + 264 + 105.6/28 =Y + 369.6/28
Now, Y = Y + 369.6/28= Y + 369.6= 28Y
= 27Y = 369.6 = Y = 369.6/27 = 13.6 m. Answer is 13.6 m.
