Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

s=d/t

80km/h=d/6h

80km/h×6h=d

480km=d

It can be done simply in 2 ways.

1st way :

We know that distance = speed X time

Speed = 80Km/h

Time = 5 hours

So Distance = 80 X 5 = 400 Km

But if you wanted the answer in meters then we need to convert it into S.I unit

Speed = 80 X 1000/3600 m/s

Time = 5 X 3600 seconds

Distance = Speed X Time

= 80 X 1000/3600 X 5 X 3600

= 400 X 10^3 meters

2nd way : Kinematical Equation

We Know that

s = ut + 1/2 at^2

Where

S = distance

u= Speed

a = acceleration (in this case a = 0)(because the speed is constant)

t = time

So

S = 80 X 5 + 1/2 X 0 X 5^2

S= 400 + 0

S = 400Km or 400X 10^3 meters
