speed of train = 60km/hr = 60 * 5/18 m/s
= 50/3 m/s
then,
distance covered by train in 1 sec = 50/3 m
so,
distance covered by train in 9 sec = 50/3*9
= 150m
length of train = distance covered by train to cross pole = distance covered by train in 9 second = 150m
so length of train is 150 m

Speed of the train = 60 km/h = 60 * 10 / 36 = 50 / 3 m/s
Time taken to cross the pole = 9s
Distance = Speed X Time
⇒ 50 / 3 * 9 = 150 m

Hence the length of the train is 150 m.
