As per the data given in the question,

We have to convert the speed from Km per hour to the metre per minute.

As we know that,

1 \:Km=1000\:m

And, 1\:Hr = 60\:minutes

So, for converting km/Hr into m/min. we need to do the following operations,

\frac{Km}{Hr} \\= \frac{1000}{60} \\= \frac{50}{3}

So, multiplying the speed 72 Km per hour by \frac{50}{3} for converting it into metre per minutes,

We will get it as,

72 \times \frac{50}{3}\\=> 1200 \:m/minutes

Speed Conversion

Converting km/h to m/s means that we are converting the units of a given speed from kilometer per hour to meter per minute.

To convert kilometre/hour [km/h] to meter/minute [m/min] for an approximate result, we have to multiply the speed value by 16.667 to get a value in m/min.

We know that,

\boxed{\textrm{1 km/h = 16.66667 m/min}}

Therefore 72 km/h in m/min will be:

\implies \rm{72 \; km/h = 72 \times 16.66667 \; m/min}

\implies \boxed{\textbf{72 km/h = 1200 m/min}}

Hence, the speed in metre per minute is 1200 (approximately).
