A train runs first half of the distance at 40 km/hr and the remaining half at 60 km/hr. What is the average speed for the entire journey?

Distance =speed ×time

So v1×t1+v2×t2/t1+t2

Here v1= 40 and t1 = t/2

V2 = 60 and t2 = t/2
