A train starting from a railway station and moving with a uniform acceleration attains a speed of 40km/hr in 10 minutes . Find its acceleration

since the train starts from rest,
Initial velocity(u)=0km/hr. time =10min =10/60=1/6
final velocity(v)=40km/hr
Acceleration=v-u/t=40-0/1/6=40/1/6=240km/hr^2
