A train starting from a station is uniformly gaining speed until after 5 minutes it acquires the maximum uniform speed of 80km/hr. Find the average velocity and the diatance travelled during variable state of motion?

we know that,speed=distance /time.              velocity=distance/time
speed=80  ,time=5                                            velocity=?   distance=16  time=5    
speed=distance/time                                         velocity=16/5
80=distance/5                                                      velocity=3.5
distance=80/5
distance=16km.
