Initial velocity , u=0 m/s
Final velocity, v=21 m/s
Time, t=1 min=60 sec

As motion is uniformly accelerated, we can use the equation:

v=u+at
21=0+a×60
So, a = 21/60 = 7/20 = 0.35 m/s^2

So, Acceleration is 0.35 m/s^2
