Time = 60 seconds
Initial velocity = 0m/sec(as train started from rest)
Final velocity = 21 m/sec
So,
Acceleration = final velocity - initial velocity ÷time taken
So,
a= v-u/t = 21-0/60 = 21/60 = 0.35m/sec².
