a train starting from rest moves with a uniform acceleration of 0.2m/s square for 5 min .calculate the speed acquired and the distance travelled in this time

initial point=0

accelaration=0.5m/s square

time=5min or 300sec(5×60sec)

speed=v=u+at

=0+0.5×300

=150m/s

distance=v square -u square= 2as

=150 ×150 -0×0=2×0.5s

=22500=s

so,the speed is 150 m/s

and the distance is 225m
