A train starts from rest and accelerates uniformly for 5 minutes. If it attains a velocity of 90 km/s, find its acceleration.​

u=0 (because it's starting from rest)

v=90km/s

t=5×60=300s

a=v-u/t

=90-0/300

=0.3 km/s2

final velocity = 90km/s = 90000 m/s

time = 5 min  = 300 sec

a = v - u / 2

a = 90000-0 / 300

a = 300 m/s²
