We have been given the information that a train T1, starts from Ahmedabad to Mumbai at 7 am and reaches at 12 noon.

A second train T2, starts at 7 am from Mumbai reaches Ahmedabad at 1 pm

Therefore time taken by Train,

T1 to reach Mumbai from Ahmedabad = 5hrs

T2 to reach Ahmedabad from Mumbai = 6hrs

Let distance between Ahmedabad and Mumbai be x

Speed of T1= x/5

Speed of T2= x/6

Relative speed= x/5+x/6= 11x/30

Time taken to cross will be the relative time= x/(Relative speed)

x/(11x/30)= 30/11

In minutes it will be 30/11 * 60= 163.63= 163 mins

Therefore 163 mins from train leaving at 7am.

163min= 120mins+ 43mins= 2hrs 43mins
