A train takes 2 hr to reach station B from station a and then 3hr to return from station B to station A the distance between the two stations is 200 km .
find :
i) the average velocity of the train​

Hi friend,

Average speed = total distance/total time

(It includes both the went and the return of the train)

Average speed = 200+200/2+3

Speed =400/5

Speed= 80m.

Velocity \= displacement /time.

( though it comes back to it's original position it do not have distance between them)

:- =0

Velocity =0.
