a train to 11.5 minutes to travel 10 km from station a to b. it's stopped at station b for 30 seconds. it took another 24 minutes to travel 20 km from station b to c . what is the average speed of the train ?​

Whenever you need to calculate the average speed between two points, as in this case, the formula i.e. Avg speed = 2AB/A+B will come handy, where A and B are the respective speed from one point to other. Going by the question , the answer will be 2*20*30/20+30= 24 km/hr.
