The speed and the time are treated as xand3y.

The new speed and time will be x+5 and y-1 and xy+5y-x and x*y are equal so 5y-x=0.

In other words 1x=5y.

The product of 1x and 1y are 360.

The product of 1x and 0.2x are 360

the value of x^2 is 1800

so 42 km/h
