Speed = Distance/ Time

Distance = 65 Km = 6500 m

Time = 2 Hours 10 Minutes = 130 minutes

=6500/130

= 50 m/min

and plzz mark this as Brainiest..

Hi Aditi, your answer as follows.

Here, the train travelled 65km in 2hours and 10 minutes between two towns. As the total instance and time is given we can use speed formula.

Speed= total distance/ time required.

but the SI units of speed is m/s so converting the given distance and time.

65km=6500m (1km=1000m)

2hr 10 minutes= 130 minutes.( 1hr=60 minutes)

By using speed,

=6500/130

=650/13

=50

Therefore, the speed of the train is 50m/s.

Hope it helps you.
