A train travelling at 20m per second accelerated on at 0.5 m per second for 30 seconds how far will it travel in this time

Initial velocity= 20

acceleration= 0.5  m/s^2

time= 30

by 2nd equation of motion  

Formula= S= ut + 1/2 at^2

=(20×30)+1/2 * 0.5* (30)^2

= 600+ 1/2*0.5*900

=600+225

s= 825 metres
