YOUR ANSWER:-

Given :-

Initial speed, u = 20 m/s

Acceleration, a = 0.5 m/s²

Time taken, t = 30 sec

To Find :-

Distance traveled

Formula to be used :-

2nd equation of Motion,

s = ut +(1/2) at²

Solution :-

Putting all the values, we get

s = ut +(1/2) at²

s = 20 × 30 + (1/2) × 0.5 × (30)²

s = 825 m

Hence, the distance traveled by train is 825 m.
