A train travelling at a speed of 108 km/h and a bus has an average speed of 30 m/s. Compare the
speed of the train with that of the bus.

The Train is Traveling at 108Km/hr x 5/18 = 30m/s

and the Avg. Speed of Bus is 30m/s

Means speed of both are equal.

as from the question, it looks that Speed  of train is uniform but the speed of the bus is non-uniform
