Speed = 60kmph → 60 * 5/18 → 50/3 m/s

To cross a pole in 9 seconds → Distance = speed * time → Distance = 9 * 50/3 = 150 m.

For 250m long, time = Distance/speed

Time = 250/(50/3) → 250 * 3/50 → 15 seconds

For overall time, Pole time + 250m travel time

so, Time = 9s + 15s

Time = 24s
