u=36km/h =10m/sec
v=0
s=100m
a=?

2as=v^2-u^2
2×a×100=-100
a=-1/2
a=-0.5m/sec And (minus sign indicates retardation)

v= distance/time and v= 36 km/h = 10m/s
so,

v^2=u^2+2as
0=10^2+2a×100
100/100=2a
a=0.5m/s^2
