\huge\underline\mathcal\purple{Solution}

Let the speed of train be x

Total distance = 360km

according to question

\large\frac{360}{x}-\large\frac{360}{x+5}={1}

\large\frac{360(x+5)-360x}{x(x+5)}={1}

\large\frac{360x-360x+1800}{x(x+5)}={1}

\large\frac{1800}{x^2+5x}={1}

{1800}{=}{x^2+5x}

{x^2+5x-1800}={0}

{x^2+45x-40x-1800}={0}

{x(x+45)-40(x+45)}={0}

{(x-40)(x+45)=0}

Either

x = 40km/h

or

x = -45km/h

But speed never in negative

so , speed of a train is 40km/h
