Step-by-step explanation:

Let t is time taken by car in minutes

=> t/(t - 25) = 140/100

=> 100t = 140t - 3500

t = 3500/40 = 87.50 minutes

=> Speed of car = 140/87.50 x 60 = 96 km/ph

Speed of car = 96 x 1.40 = 134.40 km/ph.

So that (B) 134.4 is your right answer.
