• According to question we have to find speed of train.
• We have formula :

         $speed = \frac{distance}{time }$

                  $= \frac{700\ m }{35\ sec} \\= 20 \ m \sec$  

• To convert into Km /hr  we multiply the value of  $\frac{18}{5}$ .

         $20 \times \frac{18}{5} = 4\times 18\ km/hr$ = $72 \ km /hr$

Hence, speed of train is $72 \ km / hr$ .
