Speed of the train = 10 m/sec

1 m = 1/1000 km
So, 10 m = 10/1000 km = 1/100 km

1 sec = 1/3600 hr

So, the speed of train =
 \frac{1}{100} \div \frac{1}{3600} km \: per \: hr
= 3600/100 km/hr
= 36 km/hr
