average speed =

total distance/total time

train travells 30 km by 30 km/hr so time taken =30/30=1hr

let remaining speed is y then time for remained journey = (120-30)/y

average speed = 120/(1+90/y )

given that average speed = 60 so

60=120/(1+90/y) after solving this we get y=90km/hr which is required
