speed for entire trip = 60 km/h
distance of entire trip = 120 km
time for entire trip = 120/60 = 2 hrs
speed at first 30 km = 30 km/h
distance = 30 km
time to cover first 30 km = 30/30 = 1hr
time to cover next 90 km = 2hrs -1 hr
= 1 hr
average speed = d/t
= 90/1 = 90 km/h
