A transistor's collector current, Ic, is a bipolar junction transistor's distorted output current.

Current gain of the transistor = 175 (Given)

Base current of the transistor = 0.1ma (Given)

To calculate the current -

Multiplying the current gain by the base current -

= Current gain × base current

Ic =  175 ( 0.1) mA

= 17.5 mA

Therefore, the collector current for the transistor will be 17.5mA.
