A transparent sphere has a small,

apparent position of the dot appear to

when there is solid transparent, this just undergo by sphere shape and occupies at the same point .this denotes the changes in small opaque and thus does it as the centre for aiming the outside apparent positions that delivers a dot that will be at the same point of interaction....

the dot appears as like as same size

refractive index of glass n1=1

refractive index of air n2=1

then u=-R

n2/v-n1/u=(n2-n1)/R

1v-n/u=(n-1)/R

1/v-n/R=(n-1)/R

solving we get

V= -R

image distance and object distance are equal so that apparent position of dot is the same as it's actual position
