A trapezoid has bases that measure 9 cm and 5 cm. The height of the figure is 4 cm. What is the area of the trapezoid? PLEASE HELP!!!

GIVEN

Figure is trapazium
Base of trapazium = 9 cm
Other parallel base of trapazium = 5 cm
Height of trapazium = 4 cm

AREA OF TRAPAZIUM
= (sum of two parallel bases x height) / 2
= [ (9 + 5) x 4] / 2
= [14 x 4] / 2
= 56 / 2
= 28
Therefore, the area of said trapazium
is 28 cm^2
