Hence AC = (12 – h) m
In right triangle ABC
sin 60° = (AB)/(AC)
(√3/2 )= h/(12 – h)
12√3 – √3h = 2h
√3h + 2h = 12√3
h(√3 + 2) = 12√3
Therefore, h = 12√3/ (√3 + 2) m
