Hello Dear.

Refers to the attachment for the Answer ⇒

Angle made by the sun at the same time are equals. Therefore, ∠ C = ∠ R = θ (From the attachment)

Height of the Tree = 6 m.
Length of the Shadow of the tree = 4 m.

tan θ = P/B
 = PQ/QR
 = 6/4
 = 3/2   -------eq(i)

Let the height of the Flag pole be h m.
Length of the shadow of the Flag pole = 15 m.

tan θ = AB/BC
= h/15   ------eq(ii)

Equating eq(i) and eq(ii),

3/2 = h/15
⇒ h = 45/2
⇒ h = 22.5 m.

Hence, Height of the Flag pole is 22.5 m.

Hope it helps.
