Present Height - 10m

If the rate increases 10 cm er month then:

1 month = 10 cm

12 months ( 1 year) -> 10x12=120 cm

5 years = 120 x 5 = 600 cm

Convert cm into m

1 cm = 0.01 m

600 cm = 0.01 x 600 = 6 m

present height = 10 m

Add 5 years = 10 m + 6 m = 16 m

The answer is 16 m
