Answer: 30°

tan A = opp side / adj side

= 20√3/20

20 get cancelled from both numerator and denominator

tan A = √3

Therefore angle A is 60° (tan 60°=√3)

Therefore angle of elevation = 90°-60° = 30°

A TREE IS 203

POINT 20 METERS AWAY FROM IT'S FOOT

TAN=OPP SIDE/ADJ SIDE

=203/20(20 CANCEL)

=3

(TAN 60°=3)

SO, ANGLE OF ELEVATION IS 60°
