tree height= 6m
shadow length= 4 m
tan∆= 6/4 constant for each vertical height one object at that time.....

now for flag heigh= h
shadow= 50 m
hence h/ 50= tan∆
or h/50= 6/4

or h= 75 meter

Let x be the length of the pole .Then
A/q^n
6/4=x/50
By cross multiplication:--
4x= 300
x=300/4
x=75
Hence ,the height of pole is 75m
